1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jetbang website or any of its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use jetbang and should refrain from creating an account or placing any wager.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jetbang platform, including registered members, guest visitors, and any third party who accesses the website through any device, browser, or connection. Your use of the platform in any capacity — whether you are browsing game information, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

jetbang reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If a change is material, jetbang will endeavour to notify registered members via email. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion or bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any supplemental policy, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplemental document.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of jetbang is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

jetbang reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, jetbang may restrict account functionality including deposits, withdrawals, and access to games.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of each member to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering and placing wagers. jetbang makes no representation or warranty that access to the platform is legal in any particular location. Members who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by jetbang — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or another person's personal information when registering. Providing false registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on jetbang. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses or payment methods — are prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jetbang will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify jetbang immediately at support@jetbang if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your account — is strictly prohibited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jetbang operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. Members will be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed and may be required to reverify at any time thereafter at jetbang's discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Government-issued National ID Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad / bank account in your registered name)

jetbang reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documents are received and approved. Documents will be reviewed within a reasonable time frame. Members are advised to submit KYC documents proactively to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.

Account Accuracy Obligation

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details, payment method, or any other registered information changes, you must update your account accordingly. jetbang will not be responsible for failed communications or transaction errors resulting from out-of-date account information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jetbang are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jetbang supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods, including mobile financial services (MFS) and major bank transfers, to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for members.

Supported Payment Methods

jetbang currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• jetbang does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which jetbang accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• jetbang reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may result in processing delays. Members will be informed if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 below.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jetbang offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. jetbang reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion if it believes a member is not engaging with the platform in good faith.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must meet the stated wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the time limit specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• jetbang reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members will be notified where possible, but jetbang accepts no liability for losses arising from promotion changes.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered in qualifying games before a withdrawal request can be approved. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members who register a jetbang account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. 6 Gameplay & Fair Use

jetbang is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following rules govern all gaming activity on the platform.

RNG Certification & Fair Play

All casino games available on jetbang — including slot titles, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform, previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any other variable.

Sports Betting Rules

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system outage, or connection failure during a game session, jetbang will endeavour to restore the session to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, bets that were in progress at the time of the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the member's account. jetbang accepts no liability for losses arising from factors beyond its reasonable control including internet service interruptions, device failure, or power outages on the member's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity, safety, and fairness of the jetbang platform for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity documents, or any form of deception to fund or operate a jetbang account.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, card games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or perform any function on the platform that would otherwise require human input.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies across markets or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform's pricing.
• Money laundering: Using the jetbang platform as a vehicle to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming intent, or any other activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to genuine jetbang transactions. Any member who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended immediately and the matter referred to a debt recovery process.
• Interference with the platform: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or manipulate the jetbang platform, its servers, databases, or software in any way.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating another member, jetbang staff, or any third party in communications with the platform or its support team.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or jetbang may close or suspend your account under the circumstances described in this section.

Closure by the Member

You may request to close your jetbang account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jetbang. Before closure is completed, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

Members who are concerned about their gaming habits are encouraged to use the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform — including cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — rather than simple account closure. Suspension or Closure by jetbang

jetbang reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification (KYC) documents within a reasonable time frame.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account identified in association with the member.
• jetbang's decision to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jetbang will aim to complete its review within a reasonable period. Members will be informed of the outcome and, where the account is cleared, full access will be restored promptly. Where closure results from a confirmed breach, any funds relating to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure, you will lose access to all account history, transaction records, and any active bonuses. If you wish to obtain a copy of your transaction history prior to closure, please contact the support team with your request before the closure is processed. jetbang will retain account records for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are governed by principles of fairness, transparency, and the protection of members' interests.
